 THE TENETS OF HEALTH

Evolutionary & Adaptive Medicine

A Completely New Approach to Health & Wellness

Correct Your Habits, Renew Your Life

WHAT ARE THE TENETS OF HEALTH?

The Tenets of Health provide a framework to easily understand the manifestation of disease (and the restoration of health) by focusing on four foundational aspects of living. The four tenets are rest, movement, creativity, and nourishment. These four fundamental tenets fuel the human body's internal synergy rather than fueling dysfunction and rapid aging. While it may seem simple, supporting these four tenets adequately and equally can be very difficult to do in today's society, which leads us as individuals (and as a society) to more and more dis-ease.

WHAT MAKES THIS APPROACH DIFFERENT?

My philosophy of healing is a marriage of multiple schools of thought and wisdom, such as naturopathic medicine, functional medicine, and modern psychology, among others. The four tenets of health are based on the integration of these concepts. While diet & lifestyle is one facet of a holistic approach, my clinical experience has taught me that most people have a good knowledge already of how to heal themselves. Why, then, can we not commit to our better choices, habits, and lives? This is the key aspect that continually goes unsolved in today's medicine, which is where my work resides.

Look around, have fun. If you see what you like, please feel free to connect with me. I currently offer multiple services for clinicians and patients.

REST

Rest is the lesson of winter, where the mind is simplified and the body can slow.
